$135 per 50-minute self pay session

Payment
Clients pay for each session at the time of service. Debit/credit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance (by email or phone). Otherwise, you will be required to pay a Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee of $135.

HSA and FSA cards cannot be billed for no-show/late cancellation fees. 

Insurance
Christina Benefield Counseling accepts BCBS and OPTUM-out of network insurance. Insurance rates and plans vary, please inquire prior to scheduling. A limited number of reduced rate sliding scale sessions are available based on proof of household income ($85-$135).
